Random Thoughts

Albertson's had a sale so we decided to buy 80 boxes of cereal. Cereal in my house is a staple, there are somedays that I eat it for 2 meals a day. I wouldn't have it any other way, a bowl of cinnamon life is a perfect well balanced meal :)
Me and Kelsie decided that we needed to become more domesticated.  We started off by baking. Our first project was homemade cinnamon rolls. We were both pretty nervous since we had to use yeast. We were so worried we were going to kill it, but much to our surprise it worked!!! We were in shock when we saw the dough actually rising.  This cinnamon roll recipe is to die for. We found the recipe here http://mykitchencafe.blogspot.com/2008/09/vanilla-pudding-cinnamon-rolls-with.html. You should try it... it'll change your life :)
And of course it should come as no surprise that I am going to post about how excited I am that it is finally February! I have waited for February 2010 for such a long time!!!! It still hasn't officially "hit me" yet that he is coming home. I will see him in 17 days... weird but I am so excited.
