Summer So Far

 We've been having a pretty great summer so far! It is going by so quick... I just wish it would slow down. Jordon is in summer school which allows us a little extra time to do some fun summer things. Here are a few things we've done this summer.

#1: Sold Ruby. Sad/Happy day. A bittersweet moment.  Jordon sold it to it's original owner so it was a lot easier to say good bye! This truck holds a lot of memories for us! We got stuck in this truck for four hours in Swan Valley.  Jordon was taking me to the Idaho Falls Airport the Saturday before his mission.  We hit a huge snow storm and sat for four hours waiting for the storm to pass. Well the storm never passed, I ended up missing my flight, we drove back to Star Valley together, and had two more full days to spend together before his mission. YAY!

#2: We attempted to go camping.

Everyone else in Boise did as well.

We couldn't find any campsites so we opened up the cheetos, drove back home, and camped in our own living room. 

We attempted to wash windows with the world's longest pole ever!

Jordon tried to pole vault with it... okay not really. But he pretended.

We went fishing! We are hoping the weather cools down a little bit so we can do more of this :)

We celebrated Jordon's birthday!

He got a truck tent for his birthday.

Hopefully we will be able to use it soon!

We went on a temple trip with my grandparents.

This will always be such a good memory for me!

Here's to hoping the second half of summer is just as fun as the first half :)
